Flow State is a licensed coffee bar and bike shop located in the quaint village of Arkell near Guelph, Ontario. We serve espresso, baked goods, snacks, lunch, and ice cream in addition to our full-service bike shop, making us a popular stop for many cycling groups.

Our space and seating are limited — our front porch and patio can accommodate approximately 25 cyclists at one time.

If you are planning to ride to Flow State, we ask that groups of 10 cyclists or more book their visit a minimum of 2 days in advance. This will allow us to plan for your visit and serve you better. 

As a thank-you for booking ahead, group members will receive a 10% discount on drip coffee and baked goods.
