Celebrate Our One Year Anniversary and the First Annual Flow Fest

It's hard to believe that it'll soon be one year since we opened our doors as a new business. And what a year it's been...all thanks to you, our faithful Flow Riders!

Join us for the first-ever annual Flow Fest — a celebration of all things Flow State and the incredible bike community we so deeply cherish!

Here are the details:

When: Saturday, October 14th

What time: Bike ride starts at 10:00AM. Food and live music starts at 12:00PM

Where: 599 Arkell Rd (parking at Calvary Baptist Church located at 454 Arkell Rd).

There will be a casual and fun mountain bike ride* starting at 10AM. We will be meeting at the shop and splitting up into beginner, intermediate, and advanced-level groups.

Starting at noon, there will be mouth-watering food by Chef Scotty Yates – a fantastic local food truck – and live music by the talented Wooden Bridge.

There will be a wide range of awesome raffle prizes from our generous partners...so please bring cash! All proceeds from the raffle will be donated to the Guelph Off-Road Mountain Bike Association (GORBA) and the Guelph Cycling Club (GCC). Raffle prize winners will be announced at 4:00PM.

This event is open to everyone and all ages. We will be collecting food donations for the Guelph Food Bank and encourage everyone attending to bring at least one non-perishable food item to donate.

See you soon, Flow Riders!
